About Rosemary

A career built around people, systems, growth and possibility.

My career has evolved from public health and development through executive support and business management into strategy and Chief of Staff leadership. Each step has strengthened how I understand leaders, organizations and execution.

It Started With Healthcare

I began my career in public health, working on healthcare and development programmes with organizations including the World Health Organization and UNICEF. I served as a Senior State Supervisor and Technical Facilitator across programmes in different states in Nigeria.

That experience gave me an early understanding of what happens when people, systems and resources have to come together to solve real problems. I also gained clinical healthcare experience before moving toward the corporate world.

From Healthcare to the Corporate World

My transition into the corporate environment began through Executive Assistant roles. Working closely with senior leaders gave me a direct view of decision-making, organizational priorities and how execution moves through a business.

That foundation led to a deliberate progression through senior executive support, operations and business management, strategy, and ultimately Chief of Staff leadership. Each step added greater strategic ownership and operational responsibility.

Different Industries. One Operating Mindset.

Working across industries has taught me how to quickly understand organizations, identify problems, connect stakeholders and create structure. My experience spans healthcare, government, financial services, maritime and oil and gas, media and advertising, technology and healthcare innovation, and food and hospitality.

I have worked with organizations including Outori Dentsu, the Primary Health Care Board, the Ministry of Health, Obsidian Achernar, Tetra Maritime and Dentsu. Each environment added something different to the way I think about leadership, execution and change.

Why Chief of Staff?

I have always been drawn to the space between ideas and execution. I enjoy understanding the bigger picture, asking difficult questions, connecting people and priorities, creating structure around ambiguity and helping leaders move important things forward.

For me, being a Chief of Staff is not about proximity to leadership. It is about being useful where complexity is highest. It is about executive partnership, strategic alignment, governance, operating rhythms, decision support, stakeholder management and execution.

It is knowing when to step back, when to challenge, when to connect the dots and when to simply make things happen.

I Don’t Just Operate. I Build.

My primary work is executive partnership, strategy and organizational execution. Building ventures has complemented that work by giving me an owner's perspective on decisions, customers and operating systems.

I am Co-Founder and COO of ARSURE Technologies, an early-stage healthcare technology venture focused on addressing healthcare challenges in Nigeria.

I am also the Founder of Munchlab, a food and hospitality venture built around the philosophy that taste meets craft. Crave and Co. is the restaurant concept under Munchlab.

I previously explored fashion through Oratia, which is currently paused while its strategy is being reconsidered.

Entrepreneurship requires decisions without a complete playbook. Testing ideas, understanding customers and building systems under uncertainty has made me a stronger strategic operator.

Strategy Is Only One Side of Me

Outside strategy and operations, I am naturally drawn to fashion, food, art, photography and creative expression. I enjoy abstract and visual art, and I see creativity as an important part of how I think and solve problems.

Munchlab became an outlet for that creativity: an opportunity to experiment with flavours, presentation, experiences and the idea that food can be both familiar and unexpected. Creativity is not separate from my professional identity. It is part of how I connect ideas and make them real.

Growth Is the Constant

On growth, leadership and becoming.

  • 01

Growth is a continuous commitment, professionally, personally and as a leader.

  • 02

Good leadership requires self-awareness, curiosity and the willingness to keep learning.

  • 03

People do their best work when they have clarity, trust and room to grow.

  • 04

The best ideas often come from connecting seemingly unrelated things.

Still becoming. Still building.

Let’s build something meaningful.

I am interested in the spaces where strategy meets execution, business meets innovation, and leadership meets impact.

I am open to building with ambitious people, partnering on meaningful ideas, growing businesses and continuing to develop as a leader and entrepreneur.
